How to Level Up & Earn More in Pixels

We've all been grinding hard in Pixels since Chapter 2 began, and one thing's for sure: leveling up unlocks some serious $PIXEL earning potential!  The higher your level, the more rewards you can reap.

Here’s a guide that’ll help you level up in this game:

Level Up for Bigger Rewards

Want to unlock those sweet Tier 3 (8-pixel) tasks on the board? We recommend getting your mining and forestry skills up to level 30 first. These are some of the easiest skills to level up, so you'll be seeing those juicy rewards in no time.

Master Your Land

Remember, each NFT land has its own unique skill level. It's important to check this before you start working on it. If the skill level is low, you face the following issues:

  • upon mining you have a low chance of success opposite to higher skill level NFT land

  • upon cutting trees you tend to get less wood and saps compared to a higher skill NFT land

Higher skill level lands mean a higher chance of success when mining, and more wood and saps when you chop down trees.

Speaking about cutting trees, no, you cannot just smash the mouse (or the phone) to cut faster – it has proven to simply waste your energy.

The best way to get the most out of your trees is to click once, wait for the animation to finish, then click again. Patience makes perfect.

And here's a simple video guide for you to follow:

Fork

DEFINITION: A fork describes a situation where a blockchain experiences a change in the protocol that produces two parallel chains. Forks typically occur when crypto developers or communities decide that the protocol must be changed or updated in some way.

There are two types of forks: hard forks, which break backwards-compatibility and cause a new currency to be issued, and soft forks, which update the ruleset – requiring support from a majority of the network’s participants.
